Hello. Although the ebay ID for the macro %%Winner%% is fine for the WBN, after that I try to address my customers by their first name. That means every email after the WBN has to be manually edited. Any possibility that a %%BuyerFirstName%% email macro could be developed that would pull the customers's first name from the postsale account information? Thanks!

How about a separate combined items email instead of using the WBN. So customers can see the difference between the WBN and when their items are combined if done manually.
