We would be happy to help you, but we need a little more information about the problem you are experiencing in order to do so.
Please outline in detail what is happening, and which of our tools you are using when you experience this problem. If you are receiving an error of some sort, please let us know where you are seeing the error and the exact text of the error message.
I have escalated this to our engineering group as a high-priority issue. I will let you know as soon as I have more information available. At this point eBay has reported a tentative bug that is similar to this problem and they are looking for more information. We will provide this information to eBay, and also look into it on our end as well (as it is unclear at this point where/why the problem is happening).
Also, in order to help diagnose the problem, please try listing one item directly through eBay and let us know if it goes through successfully.
