I had a problem with a credit card and received notice from Vendio... I corrected it and no problem.
However, I also received a notice from Anadale stating they have merged or partnered with Vendio and my account is in danger of "termination" all because of a $2.64 error (albiet on my part).
What? Is this something I missed... is Vendio now also Anadale or visa versa?
Was this one of the New and Exciting changes?
I like Vendio as it is but I'm concerned about a takeover or merge?

Vendio acquired Andale quite some time ago. The message is simply so that Andale customer's can understand that a bill coming from Vendio is for their existing account (that might have been an Andale account in the past). There have been no recent changes in this regard.

Glad it is you that responded... I hold you in very high regard.
First, I was in error on name.. it was Andale.... it is so close that I mixed the name.
Second, glad to know their function & that services of Vendio will continue and be enhanced.
I'm really likeing Vendio and I hope to become more proficent and profitable.
