I am just trying Vendio (2 months free trial).

The user experience is confusing. Google chrome does not support it well, I switchted to Firefox. Technically 90% ok(cannot save, nor print nor see "what is hot" link, error code showing up - see bottom)

Moreover the navigation is horrible, changing from the "official" website to the "paid" pages. Inside the "Reasearch Tools" there is NOT (or I haven't seen it?) a simple button saying "new research" or "new query". To be improved urgently!

For the rest, ticking all those boxes is not clear (days, prices, etc..) what will show up. Graphes are without instant explanation of what axis are (guessing on which bar is which item shown below).

All in all, a clear negative judgment of the service for the money asked monthly (it's ok and thank you for the fre trial though).

NOTE: I have tried the Terapeak service (free) and the interface and user experience is much much better. The results are more or less identical, though; and you also offer the "what's hot on ebay" feature with the $20 monthly fees (but at the time of writing it does not work ?!)

Kind regards

Alessandro

( just in case, you see me and understand why I need the market research service here http://www.upon-bamboo-fly-fishing-rods-and-reels.com/index.html)

Hello,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us with your feedback about the research tools.

Were sorry to hear of the trouble your having specifically with FireFox on your system. I tested this using the same 3.6 setup but unfortunately was unable to replicate any issues with saving/printing or viewing the 'whats hot' list. If you wanted to use FireFox 3.6 on these pages id first try disabling some of the add on applications in FireFox to see if that is where the conflict is coming from.

As for running another search when your currently viewing the details from your original search - there should be a link at the top right portion of the page labeled 'Try your search again' that should take you to where you can enter new search criteria.

If you had any specific change requests for the navigation between the official and paid pages we'd love to hear them (currently im not clear on this exact page location unfortunately.)

Regards,
Chris
