I usually post in these forums when I have something to complain about, but not today.
I wanted to complement the web site designers on the much improved functionality of the site, specifically the post sale management.
I have lately been finding it easier to use and very intuitive as well. The sort keys are working much better than in the past. I also like the improved navigation menus. I can now run my post sale management much more efficiently.
I hope that you will add the "feedback remind" button to the main post sale screen, the screen with the keys in the listings. That way I can check off all the listings that I have previously marked as "shipment received" and then click the "feedback remind" button. Once I do that I usually hit my back button to get back to that same starting point and then I delete those same listings since their business is complete whether or not they leave me feedback. I've sent them a reminder and that is all I can do.
Lately when I start to write and make a suggestion for something I would like to see added, I find it has suddenly appeared! So for now I'll wait and see what you guys come up with next.
So thank you for the fine work you have been doing on the site!

Yes, I agree. The post sale has definitely improved. The only other improvement I can think of right off hand that I'd like to see in the near future is a better way to handle multiple auctions going to the same bidder.
