AW wants us to hide this here so others will not see it.
This is a bunch of CRAP! You guys are supposed to be partners with eBay. Why is it that you are not aware of what is going on in advance so that we do not loose hundreds of auction opportunities? What are we paying you for?
There is no excuse for this type of service, or more accurately, total lack of service. EBay announced upcoming changes to their sign in process on 8-29-01 on their eBay announcements board. What the hell have you guys been doing for us the paying customers? Nothing but reacting to the problem AFTER it occurs. A REAL business would have a Proactive approach to this issue and had the fix in place for when the change over occurred.
Please forward this message to your management. A formal apology to ALL of your customers is necessary for this appalling lack of due diligence on your part to protect the interests of your paying customers. You can't keep running this site like it is still free.

Hello,
Actually, the problem is already corrected, we are currently testing everything to make sure there is no other errors but things appear to be already working again.

Why did it take 9-10hrs. You should have had everything in place before the change over and known when it was going to take place. Don't you guys communicate with eBay on VITAL matters such as this?????

PS: Still waiting for an apology to all of your paying customers because AW dropped the ball and left us unable to conduct business.

Hello everybody,
Just to reassure you, we are working on getting the API in place. We have run into some technical issues with the implementation, and we are working with eBay on resolving these issues. I don't have an ETA at this point unfortunately, but it should be in place shortly.

Sorry to sound like a total know nothing, but it would help if these discussions explained the acronyms being used. I just saw one assuring me that the SQL was fixed, but no explanation of what an SQL is. Dale
