I went to Citibank's website to check out this c2it, because I couldn't find adequate information about it on AuctionWatch. I don't see this service as an advantage: they charge a fee each time a user sends money - they also don't specify the amount of their fees anywhere that I could find, including in their lengthy User Agreement. So, the seller doesn't appear to get charged, but we are also buyers at some point as well. Then we get stuck. I don't think it's any better than any of the other online payment services. Thanks, I'll pass!
