Our auction responses to our winning bidders are significantly delayed and/or missing from many auctions. This has made us look unresponsive and inept to our customers. We have to consider dropping your service if we cannot get prompter mailing. We have not gotten a response to our prior email on this issue which indicates you are unable to provide an answer to this problem. Please respond asap to this email. Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter.
We have over 200 auctions ending daily and cannot continue if this is not fixed.
