With what you are charging now, is it unreasonable to ask for some updated Holiday templets and counters? Other hosting sites seem to have it over AW on these items. Please give us more choices!

Hello vbrack,
Holiday templates are available - just click "customize template" as you are creating your auction, and the holiday templates are available under "theme options". Simply select the one(s) you want, customize them to your liking (no need to customize, however) and save them. Once saved, they will be available in the list of templates on the main create listing page.

Can I customize from AMPRO on my computer prior to uploading or do I have to do it on-line? I am tired of the same old templates and I want to play with other formats.

Hi there,
You have to do the customization online - once you have customized and saved your template, the next time you sync with Pro the template will be imported into your Pro template selection.
