Hi,
Does sales manager pro cover calculated shipping?
I can do this when listing my items online, but can't seem to find this on Sales Manager Pro.

Hi Sheila,

Sales Manager Pro 4.0 now includes the new calculated shipping rates. You will need to set your preferences online first, in Global Preferrences, for calculated shipping. Then when you open up Pro and synchronize the changes should download.

That's what I did, but I still see no changes.

I originally thought I had business edition, but I double checked and it's sales manager pro 4.0

Hi Sheila,

Try quitting Pro, then restarting it. The changes should show up then. Let me know if they don't.

I restarted and let it synch and everything, but still no change.

I just updated from 4.0 to 4.1 and everything is working fine.

Help, same problem here, How do I know what version I have and how would I upgrade? I really want to get the shipping information in my auctions, I have done all of the above.

To check your SMPro version, please click the menu entry Help > About.

SMPro v4.1, which includes support for USPS Priority (calculated), is available at:
http://www.auctionwatch.com/my/client/
