I'm switching from annual to Flat Power plan Sunday.

I have two questions and I can't tell from my testing of SMBE what the answers are.

1) I have been on the annual and have been using SM Pro. My inventory section gets whatever information it has by default. I operate strictly from Pro. I have an individual batch for each of my 300 items. I launch from the batches. When I switch to SMBE I want to use it as designed. Do I have to copy each line of every auction into inventory, or can I somehow get SMBE to get what it needs from my current batches?

2) Once I download to SMBE whatever is called for in the switchover, will it have all the information that is now in SM Pro? All the closed files dating back, the entire Post Sale info as it now stands?

Thanks

Hi Forceten32,

1. You can import into SMBE your SMPro batches, by clicking on the menu entry Tools > Import > Inventory and choosing the "AMPro Batches file" format.

You can also import into SMBE your online inventory, by clicking first the menu entry Tools > Download Online Inventory, saving the resulting file on your hard disk and then clicking again Tools > Import > Inventory and choosing the "Online Inventory - *.csv file" format.

Please note that the SMBE inventory operates independently from the online inventory. Auctions uploaded from SMBE will not be copied into your online inventory.

2. You can download into SMBE all the listings from the past 30 days. To do this, you will need to click the menu entry Tools > Preferences and choose the Customize Business Edition > Options tab; please check the "Synchronize items not launched using Business Edition" preference.

I don't know where to go to ask this question? I have no idea what eBays 2.0 is but when it happens will AW be compatible? I hope you can help me and some others concerned with 2.0. Thanks

Thanks for you response but can you tell me if we are going to be able to launch eBay auctions from AW. For us small sellers we depend on AW and I hope that we still will be able to. Thanks again.

Hello,

You will definitely be able to do that. I apologize for not making myself more clear on that earlier.
