In the second week of May, AuctionWatch will release a highly requested feature: Sales Data Archive. This feature will allow you to manually archive post sale data, as well as create default rules to auto-archive data older than a certain date. Archived data will always be available for download into a spreadsheet or word processor, but will not be displayed in your closed auctions.
This feature will be available in the second week of May. Upon release, all post sale data older than 12 weeks (based on the sale date of the item) will be regularly auto-archived. Once the feature is released, you will have the ability to shorten the auto-archive period, if you want to clear your Post Sale Management interface more frequently. We will announce the precise release date within the next week.

This will be a welcome addition. One question: It sounds like the archiving will all be done online. Is it anticipated that the archive at some point will be built into SMBE so we can archive offline?

Hello abqsales,
You are correct - archiving will be done online. At this time there are no plans to incorporate an archive function into SMBE, however, I will pass your question along as a suggestion for a future release of SMBE.
