My hesitation at switching has to do with time. I've got none left because of all the nice additions you've made, AW still hasn't solved my main problem which consumes 2-3 of my days a week.
I still have to cut and paste every line of someone's address from Billpoint and Paypal notices to Avery if I want to use adhesive labels. That's thousands of "cut and pastes" a week.
I've got a hundred DVD titles that I can't list at auction because my days are eaten up.
Switching to SMBE will cost me around $80 in additional AW fees monthly. Maybe it's worth it but I wonder if I have the time to take advantage of the extras.
Your web pages state I've got 21 days to make up my mind. But I heard that if I don't like the plan, I can't switch back and use the remainder of my year as an annual subscriber.
I did pay for the annual rate which is not over until July. I don't want to just lose the money. Suppose I pick the intermediate of the SBME where there is no listing fee, just 1.25% FVF.
Do I get a pass on the 1.25% until July?
I was hoping to get an answer so I could switch this weekend.
You do not actually have to switch plans to do the trial period of SMBE. You can download and use the software on the plan you are on right now, then if you decide to stick with it you can upgrade your plan and keep using the software or simply remove the software and continue on your Annual Plan.

Hi Christopher -
I wanted to do the 21 day bit but perhaps because of the way I am currently setup in AMPro, I can't synch. It won't tell me about active sales, etc.
I can individually download batches (in AMPro, I have an individual batch for each item - that's how I've been operating.) But I can't batch-download batches.
I can do the one at a time thing. I keep getting a warning about choosing an account.
Pending, active, closed won't synch.
Also, if I put each item in its separate folder, can you batch-launch folders? Or would I have to open each folder and drag an item to launch.
Anyway, I followed the tools, preferences, customize, etc. Then I synch on the toolbar. A synch window opens, (I checked all three.) Just before completing download, a warning pops up about selecting a payment account. And nothing had transpired.

Hi Forceten32,
You can test SMBE for 21 days after your very first synchronization. In case you have tried a previous SMBE version before, this would count towards the 21 days interval.
Once the trial is over, indeed the synchronization is limited to preferences, templates and venue descriptions; it won't include the upload or download of auctions and images.
