I have all my items in Auction Watch SMBE. I have filled out all of my preferences. I want to upload to ebay. It says that I must drag the item to 'ITEMS TO LAUNCH'. When I do that it says:
'one venue must be
completed'
Venue 'ebay'
Venue Rule: ebay location information is incomplete.
My info is correct:
My city, state
City closest to
United States
I just signed on for auction manager and was told to do this SMBE. However, I've been fighting this for 2 days now and there is no phone support.
Please go to SMBE's menu entry "Tools > Preferences..." and choose the "Item location" tab. Make sure that the information is correct, then click OK. You should be able to move items to the Launch Queue afterwards.
If your location data is correct but you are still seeing errors, please change the Country in the Preferences window to something different than USA, click OK, then open the window again, change the country back to USA and click OK.
The buttons at the bottom become black when you select one or more items in the Launch Queue.
