This may seem simple but how do I get the inventory I made in the program to upload to the website? It showes up in my storefront when I launch an auction but the only inventory items online are the ones I make online should I be doing my inventory online then downloading to the program as I still can not see a way to upload inventory made offline.

Hi auctionarizona,
The online and the SMBE inventory are separate and do not synchronize. You cannot upload the SMBE inventory, but you can download the online inventory into SMBE.
To download your online inventory, please click the menu entry "Tools > Download Online Inventory" and then import the resulting files by clicking the menu entry "Tools > Import > Inventory" and choosing the entry "Online Inventory - *.csv file".
