I received several emails over the past few days that have me puzzled. The first was supposedly an undelivered message sent from me to paydirect.com, as of which I have no knowledge of, since I have not sent any emails to paydirect. It reads as follows:
From: MAILER-DAEMON (Mail Delivery System)
To: [email protected]
Sent: Mon, 9 Jun 2003 18:36:33 -0700 (PDT)
Subject: Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender
This is the Postfix program at host mail.vendio.com.
I'm sorry to have to inform you that the message returned
below could not be delivered to one or more destinations.
For further assistance, please send mail to <postmaster>
If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the message returned below.

As I said, I have not sent any emails to these addresses. Is this some type of spam, or are there problems with customer manager? Thanks for your input!!

Hello Rhonda,
You have set Auto Response in your Customer Manager account, and thus emails are sent automatically to each address you get messages from. Some of these addresses have their own Auto Responses, hence the 2 messages above...
Please note that Customer Manager is limited to a maximum of 2 Auto Responses per incoming address per day, thus such automatic exchanges should not happen frequently.
