I am confused about the pricing for email domain support. Is there a default email I can use with customer manager without paying for the $25.00 fee? If I want to continue to use "[email protected]" do I have to pay $25.00 for that. Confused, please advise. Thanks.

Hello scottyaloha,
Customer Manager gives you the ability to use your own personal domain. For example if I owned and wanted to use tara.com I could pay $25.00 and have that as my email address in Customer Manager.
You can also use Customer Manager without adding your own personal domain. If you chose to do this then your email address would be your Vendio [email protected].
The mailstep email address routes any emails sent to it to the primary email address on your Vendio account.
