OK….. I’ve had enough.
I feel I have given Vendio sufficient time to address my concerns. To date, none of the serious issues I have with Customer Manager (raised back in July) have been addressed.
<b> 1) Still no “You Have Mail” type notification. (see earlier post dated 7/03) The flashing envelope is useless unless I set here and refresh the Vendio page all day:
Sonya’s response: Regarding step 1 -- this is in the works. Please continue to check the announcements forum for updates on new features as we will post there when it is available.
2) Poor File/Folder System :
Sonya’s response : At the moment you can't transfer an email that has been responded to a folder. The 'Sent' folder seems to be the best option for you right now. We are working on getting it fixed so it displays more than just the past 15 days.
3) New, ALL new emails missing from inbox for over an hour:
It took over 6 hrs to get a response with this urgent problem. By that time it had resolved itself.
4) Customer service NEVER fully integrated with Sales manager.
I still do not have copies of emails sent to customers regarding Payment received notices, Payment reminders or Item Received notices.
Customer Manager wastes more of my time than any email program I’ve ever used. You can’t even forward a Spam email to eBay. I can see no reason to keep it once my current auctions have ended and all correspondences with current customers are ended.
Just wanted to let you know why I’m leaving and add… One sees many complaints here about Customer Manager and messages about “ Getting Out”. I have yet to see ONE praising this as a helpful time saver and money well spent… Just my .02
