Is it possible to put in clickable links for email recipients to click on once the message is opened on their end.

Hello,
If you are using the HTML Mode for your outgoing messages, please use the Link button in the HTML editor's toolbar. Please note also that when entering text such as www.somedomain.com or http://www.somedomain.com, this is automatically transformed into a link by the HTML editor.
If you are using Text Mode, you cannot create links in the message source, but it's likely that the recipient's mailer will still render as links parts of texts such as those above.
