Dear Friends - I think Customer manager is great and I use it all the time. I have one idea that I'd like to see put in place. In Manage Customer I am already able to view list and edit customers via e-mail address. You've also included the ability to see the customer's history in another pop-up window. Why not go one or two steps further and save a lot of keying time by enabling an extract of data from the customer history area. For example, if a customer has paid via PayPal and it's listed in the history area, then include a link that allows an auto fill from the PayPal e-mail into the customer's data area.
