Hi. Can you remind me the procedure to delete preset responses no longer needed? Whether or not they are contracted or expanded in the heirarchy, even though the yellow highlight appears when selected the "Delete" button remains grayed out and unacessable. thanks.

Hi there,
I have checked your account and the responses that are bottom-level highlight yellow when the check-box is clicked and the delete button is activated. I believe you can only delete a bottom-level response, the delete button will not activate for a top-level response. Please let us know if you are unable to delete bottom-level responses (and let us know if you are using the AOL or IE browser.)
