Hi,
I have my messages set to open in outgoing. When I repsond and change the font, say Arial, as soon as I hit the 1st return it changes back to the default font, but in the font window it stll says Arial. The 1st line of message will be Arial & the rest default. I then have to select the message, change the font to something else and then go ahead and select Arial. It will not change to Arial if I select from the 2nd line.

This feature appears to be working fine from our end. I tried following your steps in my account and as well in your's. Everything seems ok.
I took "return" to mean the enter or return button to move the cursor down a line.

Hi Darin,
I tried it again and it is still not working for me. Yes, by return I mean enter. I forgot to mention, after I highlight my response message, I reselect Arial, (does not change anything), I have to pick another font for it to change and then reselect Arial for it to change back. I am using IE6, maybe it is something to do with the browser? Quirky isn't it?
Do you have full cookies or just session? Try enabling full cookies or "cookies" and this should deselect the "session cookies". This might help. Also, if you have a proxy server, firewall, virus software, or banner/popup blockers on, you should turn them off.
IE 6.0 does work best with our site and that's what I'm using. I'm not exeperiencing any problems (and we don't have any other reported problems for this) so we need to narrow down what's wrong on your end.

Sorry for delay in checking back with you. I thought we were done!
Where do I go to change the cookies? I couldn't find it in internet options. I do have a firewall, antivirus, & pop up blocker. I don't know what a proxy server is. I have roadrunner connection.
I think I just found it. Privacy settings? I have "medium" selected for the Internet Zone. Then for an overide cookie handling I added your url. I will also add your site to my firewall settings to "allow" and see if that works.
Oh! I've been using IE6.
