Last night I sent an email to support because I thought that was a server or bandwidth issue in being able to read my email.
When I would click on a message in my in box it would open the new view message window but nothing would appear. I could watch the progress bar in my status line and it would craw. I could wait 5 minutes and still not see me message.
Later last night I tried again and had the same problem. However, for some reason I click on the outbound tab and then went back to the received message tab and there was my message.
If I run in the split mode my message shows right away. If I run in the tab mode I have to go to outbound tab first and then back to received tab.

Yes I am still having the problem.
The only thing that has changed was I switched from text to html view. After the problem started I did switch back to text thinking maybe that had something to do with it.
Unfortunately, I am not able to replicate this problem. When did this start happening? Did you change anything about your computer system recently? You may want to check with your ISP to make sure everything is running smoothly, as ISP problems can sometimes affect what you do on websites.

Are you saying that you tried to duplicate the problem with my account or did you use another account?
Like I said the only thing that I changed was to change the view in MY ACCOUNT seting from text to html.
Since I am on dozens of web sites for hours every day I can't see any relationship with my ISP. I also have another half dozen pop 3 email accounts and no problems with reading html email.
I tried with my account, as the email in your account is private. If you don't mind me viewing your message, please send it to [email protected] so I can view your actual message. This will help us to narrow down the issue.
