Heres my stepts, Click on CM which brings up my Inbox, click on Incoming which take me to my messages, click on my messages to read them. Click on my back button to previous page, which takes me back to Incoming, check my boxes to delete my messages and nothing is happening so now what do I do next..Please help!
Thank you for getting back to me. The 'No Reply' button should become clickable -- what browser are you using? You can also 'No Reply' from within the message itself -- can you try doing this, and let us know if you are able to delete it?
My no "reply" button materialize to be clickable once you are in reading my e-mail, but nothing happens when you click on it. also the browser I'm using is the Internet Explorer, dont know what to do next my Email is stacking up, and I cant delete them.

Hi there,
It looks like you have some browser add-ons that might be causing the problem. Do you have Netscape installed on your computer? If so, are you able to click the no-reply button when using Netscape?
