in customer manager.

CM is importing my customers. However, it is only importing their ebay username (if applicable) and email address.

clicking on their history shows ZERO transactions for all of them. Why aren't their transactions being imported?

What is the point if I can't see WHAT they purchased?

Hello,

Unfortunately CM can only import this information as that is all that is known when the item ends (ID and email address). When your buyer pays for the item, you will need to manually update your CM entries with their address information.

Hi,

I am not concerned about the addresses.

It is not importing the TRANSACTIONS.

When you click on customer history, it is supposed to show you all communications AND all transactions.

It is not importing the transactions so I cannot see WHAT they purchased.
