When I click on the send WBN button in the sales manager, shouldn't I see it in my sent messages in customer manager? Thanks.

Hi Gary,

The WBN is not integrated with Customer Manager as it is a part of Post Sale Management, which is included in Sales Manager. Customer Manager is a separate email service.
