MY CHECKOUT RESULTS are under 10% inspite of putting "Preferred Checkout" at top of listing and at bottom. Citing "For FASTEST Shipping, please use our "Preferred Checkout" I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY CUSTOMERS they don't want to use anything other than eBay for Security reasons.
PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN GET CUSTOMERS TO USE CHECKOUT. Thank you. Chris

Hello,
The best way to get users into your checkout system is to use the Checkout Redirect system to send your buyers into the Vendio checkout even when they go to checkout from eBay directly.
You can enable this option via the My Account page, under the Post Sale Management link found within.
