I have just recently started using the BIN free shipping. My customers are complaining or are confused when checking out and see that I also offer a priority shipping rate and that is showing in the check out.

Hello,

Is there an item in particular that you have in your storefront currently where your offering free shipping with BIN that we can use to test with?

Pewter Celtic Knot Square set of 2 Pendant/charm is listed in the store front with BIN and Free from vendio store. All my pewter jewelry peices are BIN free.

This issue has since been resolved, so there should be no errors with using this feature any longer.
