Is there a problem with the Customer Manager server? Response is so slow to make it virtually unusable! Several times, my browser has timed out, so I don't know whether my responses are being sent or not!
There is an unusually high amount of traffic today due to the 10 cent listing special that eBay is running today.
That could cause issues while on the Vendio website, depending on your connection and location.
Try checking your 'sent' folder to confirm if your response was sent or not, prior to resending the message.

Thanks for answering. I can't open the Sent Messages folder either. Perhaps Vendio should put Customer Manager email on a server that won't be adversely affected by auction posting -- it's bad enough I can't get anything listed tonight, but when I can't even answer customer questions, it makes the service worse than useless.
