Is the additional purchase either an eBay or Vendio Store item? If so, then you can combine the two orders by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Post Sale" --> "Combinable Items" --> select the two orders and click the "Cobmine" button --> then follow the steps.
If this is for an item that isn't on eBay or in your Vendio Store (just on your own website), then unfortunately the Vendio post-sale features will not be available for the additional item. The Vendio post-sale can only be used for items that were listed through our service, at this time.

It is an item in my Vendio Store. But the order has not been made yet. I was wanting to generate it for the customer but don't know if it's possible.

If I go through view buyer check out it has a button for "continue shopping". If I do that do you think it will add to "that buyers order"?
It looks like it might but I don'y want to mess anything up.
Yes, you can add to your buyer's order in that way. There's no reason that should cause any problems. Please let us know if you have any trouble with that.

That worked but I had to enter the buyers address information. There has to be an easier way.
What if I have a customer that doesn't want to go through the website or can't find the item through all of my stuff. I would like to just make the order up and send them the WBN or something so they can just go through the checkout.
