Recently I'm getting dozons of spam emails daily.
in the past, customer manager were blocking spam pretty good.I used to get about one spam a week.

Is there an issue laterly with customer manager blocking spam.

Hello,

Unfortunately, it is not possible for Vendio to stop people from sending you spam. You may add addresses to your bulk mail list by going to "Customer Manager" --> "Mail Handling" --> "Bulk Mail". You may also set up rules to automatically direct email to a spam folder by going to "Customer Manager" --> "Mail Handling" --> "Filters".

but isn't customer manager has a spam filter ?

The issue is with vendio's spam filter.

In the past 99.9 of the spam filter were directly automactically to " Bulk Mail" folder automatically.

Recently about half the spam is going to the "incoming mail" and half to " bulk Mail" folder

Hello,

In order to automatically route emails to your bulk mail folder the email address must be on your block list.
