I have been getting an ungodly amount of spam in my inbox. It has gotten to the point where I cannot distiguish between the "real" email and the junk. Can you help?

Hi there,
Yes, I agree - SPAM is becoming a real problem! Ironically enough, I just sent the same message you just posted to our IT group since we get so much of it internally.
CM does allow you to set up filters, so you should be able to use multiple filters to manage most of it. We do not block email from coming in, though, in because of the risk of false positives. You will find the Filters feature in the CM side toolbar under Mail Handling. Please let us know if you need help setting up the filters.
