I would like any ideas on integrating a newsletter with the Customer Manager. Or should I use an outside source like iContact?

Hello,

You could use Vendio to send a newsletter. You would need to enter your customers in to Vendio using the "Add Customer" button. Then use the "Create New List" button to create a list of the customers, and then the "Compose Email" button in order to send out the newsletter.

Nathan, Can I import addresses from a web based
email service or from a csv file?

Unfortunately, no. At this time you would need to manually enter in the email addresses.
