Why is there only one way to contact anyone and that form is not working. All the drop down windows will not drop down for a choice and form will not go through without a choice. Errors out with a star. There is no place to report this problem everything leads back to the same flawed form. No telephone number anywhere. The announcements forum is not a forum but a list of the same announcements.
The phishing popup will not disappear. Says case type required with red star. I've tried many times to send. Keeps saying store domain invalid. I don't even have a store.
Are you referring to the help form to request assistance with an issue? If so, let us know the issue so we can try to help. As for problems with the form itself, first try upgrading to at least Internet Explorer version 8.0. Your still running IE7 which isn't supported anymore and may have odd side effects with the site.
