I signed up for the 2 weeks free trial and had a tough time figuring it out. Are there any plans to tweak the program to make it more user friendly and easier to set up? If so, will we be able to try it out again? Thanks,

What are you having trouble figuring out exactly?
This is the first release of this tool, and we will most certainly be doing updates as time goes on. There is, however, no official word on if we would provide free trials to those that have already used the tool, when updates are made down the road.

Well, I guess the biggest problem I had is how to configure it so that there are email templates to handle all the transactions after the sale through the final email concerning feedback. Also, I could not figure out how to get the messages that I receive through this service to go to my normal email service as well so that I can check on what's going on during a sales process. Finally, I don't know how to set up the emails to answer common buyer's questions. I guess, to make a long story short, its to complicated for me to figure out.
