I have issues with Customer manager. I have approx 2300 names in my customer list & opted for a payment plan that included 2000+ emails sent monthy so that I could email all of them about new items, sales, etc. Today I attempted to email all of my past customers informing them of new items available & there is no easy way to do this through customer manager.
All of my customers are in the maillist
"everybody" & there is no option to send email to this list. So, I thought that I would try adding all of these cusatomers to a different maillist which would allow me to email all of them. But there is no "select all" button, so I have to click on each customer (all 2300) selecting them one at a time in order to move them all to a maillist from which I can email them.
So, what am I paying for? The easiest way for me to email all my customers is to go through Sales manager>customers & email from there.
We will log a request to add a 'select all' feature for a future update. Please note that this is the first release of this product, and as with all of our products, it will continue to be updated as it is used and feedback is received.
Currently, you will need to create the list by checking them off one at a time.

OK Now that I have created a mailing list with 2300+ emails, I created an email to be sent only to receive an error when teying to send the email
>>An error occured sending e-mail! Please try again later<<
Did any emails get sent? Should I try to send it again? Now what???
I cannot say why you are running into this error message currently. The messages do not appear to have been sent, so I will check in with engineering as to why this is happening and get back in touch with you.

Hello customveils,
We are currently working on a problem which is limiting the number of emails that can be sent out in one mailing. The problem is causing errors when users attempt to send more than 1,000 mails at one time (as you have 2,300 customers on your list, this is why you are receiving the error.) We expect to have this fixed shortly, by early next week. If you need to mail your customers before that time, you might want to try splitting your list up into smaller lists as a temporary workaround.
I am sorry about the inconvenience. Many improvements to the Customer Manager interface and functionality will be made in the coming weeks/months.
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We have been able to temporarily increase the number of addresses per send to 2,000. If you split the additional 300 off of your list, and send them separately, you should be able to proceed with your mailing.
We are working on the issue which is imposing a limit, however, I do not have an ETA as to when this will be fixed.
