I withdrew $$$$ from my Yahoo PayDirect account, and transferred to my checking account 12/14/00. I just called my bank, and the monies haven't showed up in my bank account yet. I looked on my Yahoo PayDirect account page, and it shows it has cleared. How long does it take for the money to show up in my checking account. Anybody had this problem? Getting a little anxious here.

FIRST OFF DON'T WORRY ...
Listen carefully, when you signed up for any account paypal, paydirect, etc. you will recieve two small deposits in your account under a dollar. if you have and they are verified, then that is the good news, the bad news is paydirect will take up to 12 business days to place funds in your savings or checking account. some alittle shorter like 10 business days, but that is the way it is, and yes paypal takes only 3 to 4 business days, why ??? why does the phone ring when your in the bathroom ??? who knows, that is just the way it is !!!

OK! I'll practice a little more patience...LOL...I am verified. I did that a while back. This is the first time I've transferred the funds from my PayDirect account to my checking account. Hopefully, it will show up in the next couple of days. Thanks for your replies.

If I were you I would be emailing/calling PayDirect immediately! Why? You say it shows up in PD as cleared not pending! Your bank says it's notin your account. You need to make sure it's not in someone elses account. Mistakes do happen especially in the real world!

I've been using PayDirect from the begining, and it's never failed to work just fine.
Just did my statement and deposits are running 10 business days as said before.
You also had the holidays in there on your deposit, so be patient a few more days and then if not there would be checking with direct.
I never check with bank, just wait for the statement

posted on December 27, 2000 11:37:41 AMupdate The monies showed up in my account today! Yahoo!!!! Thanks to everyone for your suggestions. I did email Yahoo yesterday, and they sent me the response below. Basically, it took about 8 days if you don't count the weekend and Christmas.

I transfer to my debit card and the funds are in my account in 2 business days, and sometimes even sooner, one showed up overnight.
