Forget sending your fee-based complaints to any e-mail address that ends up being read by the dullards running Yahoo!Auctions. Send your e-mail to [email protected] instead.
And, of course, snail mail to:
Timothy Koogle, Chairman and CEO
Yahoo! Inc.

Don't mean to be pessimistic, but isn't that the address for stock holders in Yahoo? They love the fees. I don't think the Chairman/CEO cares two cents about those doing the paying?

True enough, but to charge fees on a dwindling number of auctions doesn't seem to be much of a revenue source.
If, and that a big *IF*, Yahoo!Auctions want to really be running an auctions website they'd better rework it from top to bottom first.
I've now moved auctions from Yahoo!Auctions to eBay during three free listing days. Each time it was items that had not attracted a bid for months. Each time about half the items sold, many with multiple bids, on eBay. So all the talk about "quality items" not being posted to Yahoo!Auctions is false. It makes no sense to pay listing fees to the no-bidder wasteland that Yahoo!Auctions has become.
If Yahoo! Inc. runs Yahoo!Auctions into the ground, and it certainly looks like that's exactly what they're doing, then what benefit will there be to shareholders?
