My Yahoo! sales are just about the same as I was making on egreed (pre extortion fee) and I am making MORE (no listing fees = higher profit)
My Yahoo! buyers have been paying promptly - so it isn't a "dead beat thrill bidder" thing either.
I end my auctions at night and I was through listing a few hours ago [I *LOVE* being able to set the ending time!] and items already have bids (on egreed I would still be waiting for them to be indexed) This feature is allowing me much more free time - I can do my auctions during the day and have my evenings free (and I'm bidding more because of it too - and all on Yahoo!, of course)
I love Yahoo! Messenger- it's a GREAT auction tool for bidders and sellers to contact each other, and be alerted when activity occurs.
Yahoo! is GREAT!!! The few things I do not like, I can live with - the GREAT features make up for the few less desirable features.

I started listing more and more with Yahoo since the $1.00 day. I still list some items at ebay because there is no market for them on Yahoo, but I'm extremely happy with Yahoo.
I love the auto-relist feature. Frees up a lot of my time!
I have had no deadbeats as of yet and I figure if I do, so what...it didn't cost me a whole lot!

Yup, no doubt about it, Yahoo is a great site. I have made some of my best sales of all times on Yahoo! I don't find any major "deadbeat" problem there either. I like Yahoos system, the layout, and the features alot.
I also like the way the site is hardly ever down ...that alone makes yahoo one of the greatest sites on the web!
I have suggested before, and I still feel that YAHOO will be the model for online auctions of the future. I think some other sites could learn some good leasons (especially on pricing) from Yahoo.
