We recently had a bidder leave a Neg on one auction, with absolutely no reason to. We receive his check 10 days after the auction ends, 7 days latter he leaves a neg that he hasnt received his item,I explained that his check hadnt even cleared yet. He says he was not aware of that and changes the feedback back to average. 2 days latter he changes it back to BAD because he says he talked to others and they said this is not the way business is done.( holding checks till clear). He also is bidding with someone elses userid, ( poopsieat70 ), He doesnt see anything wrong with either. This person was sent a refund right after the neg was left, yet he continues with this harassment. Have contacted Yahoo and their response is they see nothing wrong with a bidder harassing a seller or vice versa, they also dont have a problem with anyone bidding with someone elses userid. Is Yahoo for real?

THIS WOULD MAKE THE PERSON SEND A MONEY ORDER IF HE OR SHE WANTS THE ITEM FASTER... ALSO NOTE THAT A CHECK WOULD BE HELD FOR FIVE OR SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS TO CLEAR... DO I HAVE TO HUNT FOR THEM, IF THAT IS THE CASE, I SEND THREE E-MAILS, OVER A PERIOD OF 48 HOURS, THEN I REAUCTION THE ITEM, OR SELL TO THE NEXT BIDDER IN LINE, IF THEIR IS ONE... I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 30 YEARS, AND HAVE THE LARGEST COLLECTION OF STAR TREK IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA... I AM ON TEN AUCTION HOUSES ACROSS AMERICA... Startrek, all of our auctions have a statement at the bottom. ( USPS money orders ship ASAP, all others clear first.) The email order form which we send them also has the same message on it. This person admits he was aware of the rule but didnt think it would apply to him? And Yes, Yahoo has said they are not really concerned about what goes on, ( its a problem between bidders and sellers.) If someone wants to bid with someone elses userid, its no problem to them. They really dont care!

AND EXPLAIN THPOLICY AND THE RULES... THEN TELL HIM THAT YOUR BUSINESS WILL BE EFFECTED BY HIS REMARKS... THEN IF HE CALMS DOWN FINE. IF NOT, THEN REMIND HIM THAT HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HE STATES ON THE INTERNET... Startrek, It looks like somebody at Yahoo finally read the comments made by this person, they still have not done anything, but they have acknowledged there is a problem. This is their lattest Email.

We have a procedure for handling these issues based upon a complaint. We must go through certain steps, but we ask that you continue to report any problems, so we may take action if the abuse continues after the warning has been given.
In this case, we are following our procedure. If the user continues to abuse the auctions site, we will be sure to deal with them in an appropriate manner.
