Greetings,

Thanks for your inquiry about BidBay.com's listing fees. Currently we do
not charge any fees for listing and selling on this site. Sometime in the
future we plan to begin charging a nominal basic listing fee and fees for
enhancements to a basic listing, but we do not have any plans to charge a
final value fee or any other type of commission.

As per the BidBay User Agreement, notice of fees will be posted on the web
site at lease 30 days before the fees go into effect.

For future reference, you might want to copy this link to our fee schedule
since this is where we will post listing fees when (and if) we do start
charging:

mrjoker - Nope. Been too busy. Besides, before I do it, I have to resize my screen (to where I can't even read it), then wait for the download, then restart and hope it takes this 2nd time around.

I'll get around to it sooner or later I'm sure.

It would be my guess that BidBay would start charging as soon as they felt possible. They were, they quit, they are waiting, they will. But at least they are honest about it. The sellers are being carefully watched by the auction sites out there. They know we are upset and looking to move in mass to keep the bidder base that we built up. I would say that BidBay is not the place to move. They don't have the bid base built up now and why should we pay them for the bidder base that we have. forshoppin- bidbay used to charge fees? that is what I thought too. Someone (coolvette I think) posted that they didn't. I'm confused, but I won't be listing there anyway because they seem to not be able to count.

I think I signed up at bidbay before I signed at Yahoo two or so years ago. I still haven't been charged a fee there.

Maybe I'll go back there. It sounds like they have a LOT more traffic now then back then.
