That call you a liar when it comes to sending out their packages when you did.And now I'm getting the bad end of the stick!Does anyone know what to do about customers that are not happy besides blocking them.I think we sellers should be able, from them leaving more than plenty of complains about us great sellers out there.When we try to please them all.Thanks Hugs lizzie

Reply to their feedbacks stating facts only. Do not get into a flame war with them It reflects poorly on you and customers will see this. If they keep it up(negging you)post one final response telling them you will not answer any more. They usually stop playing the rating game. Once you do that turn them into Yahoo telling them the situation. They won't do anything but you have it on record of what is going on. Save your emails also from the person as proof of what they are doing. If they are using fowl or threatening emails and ratings towards you, Yahoo will step in. Had this happen one time.
