For Non-payment. I just went in to post some feedback and this is a new option under Send PayDirect Bill

File Complaint for Non-payment

Do you use this spot to get ALL your listings fees refunded or is it linked to the robot who sends you canned response?

It says complaint not request for refund.

Can anyone help me here? Thanks!
