Last evening I received an Excellent Rating from a buyer - so I went into the auction, just to make sure that I had already done feedback on them - as it was EXCELLENT! So I noticed there was a new item there - along with the "Send PayDirect Invoice" and "Rate Buyer" - these items are checked if you had already done them - well, I noticed one new thing - "File Complaint for Non-Payment" - that was checked - like I had DONE THAT! Well, I most certainly HAD NOT!! As this is an excellent repeat buyer (from Canada) and most of all, if buyer had not paid - I would not have shipped the item!! Anyway, after I saw that last evening - I sent the buyer an e-mail and copied YooHoo! I wanted to make sure the buyer KNEW that I had not taken this action against them! So anyway, I have just received an e-mail from YooHoo! - explaining how I can give buyer bad feedback, etc. - that goes to show they did not even read the e-mail!!! Well, I know all about bad feedback and how to do it and how it works and blah-blah-blah! What they told me didn't have much to do with the "Complaint For Non-Payment". So, i was just wondering - has anyone else noticed this little thingy checked on any of your closed/sold auctions! I wouldn't have known about it, except by accident...!
