I need a contact phone number for Yahoo,
and or Paydirect. They cancelled a payment sent to me because it went 30 days without me withdrawing it. I did not know it was there and now neither I nor the Buyer can find what happened to the money.
Help.

Yahoo Auctions: 408.530.5151
PayDirect: 408.731.3335
Good Luck you will need it. only "one" person handles PayDirect and she was always never "in" the office when I tried correcting a problem. Plus the Long Distance fees!

just checked.......If you go to My Auctions......Options.........Billing Summary.
You will see this at the top of page:

I was overcharged in October for Featured Item fees. I emailed their billing office and got their canned reply to telephone them which I did adding $4.00 to my telephone bill. They owe me $9.00. I asked for an invoice and was told I would receive one. Nothing was sent. I called them again stating I guess I would have to take it up with my credit card company. They finally sent me an "invoice" -- list of transactions, not summarized. I added them up again, and they had still overcharged me the $9.00. Emailed them again and got the canned reply to telephone them again. I don't believe they have any intention of resolving the problem and I will only incur additional telephone fees if I continue to protest. I give up!
I will not authorize them to use my real cash for anything again! I might use up my credits which were transferred over from eBay and the $50 credit for participating in those enlightening chat sessions IF I can find where they were posted. Otherwise I am out of there.
Looking at Pootah where I received an immediate email reply regarding the five new categories I asked for. What a pleasant surprise after all the complaints I have sent to Yahoo! that never got read.
