OK, miraculously I discover through email received this morning that I made 3 sales on Yahoo! Turns out a winning bidder on 1 auction last night went and bid on 3 other items. That's great!

However, when trying to update my list in AuctionTamer this morning so I could generate my EOA notices, it wouldn't update. I thought, great a software glitch or something.

But it would seem that Yahoo Auctions is down. I can't get into the site period.

Anyone else having trouble?

Bj, it appears to be up now. I even have a bid on an item. No page views, but a bid, hmmm....?

I tried to leave FB for a seller and received a message that "cannot access auction...try later". Same thing happens when you try to place a bid. Anyone else have this problem?

Well, jimhhow, you got my hopes up there for a minute....

Just tried again, and it took a couple of minutes for the home page to load and that's with cable! Am trying to sign in now, but nothing's happening. It must be coming up slowly and my software won't update those auctions at all. Oh well, might have to do an old-fashioned cut and paste then to get the EOA notice out. Not so bad.

But, say, you got a bid with no one even looking at your auction??? Now that's pretty good!

I never did think those page views were accurate. Honesty counters would tell me no one was looking, but page views gave figures in excess of 40 regularly. Then why no bids? Also, the count would be just about the same for every one of my auctions. That I also couldn't believe.

OK, it the time it's taken me to type this I just was able to sign in. All looks reasonably OK now and my software is updating.

Have a good day and thanks!

Looks like the pageview counter got reset to zero. I would think they have backups they'll restore nearly accurate numbers with, but anyway, pageviews isn't a completely essential feature. Now, there might be other functions down too, but I seem to navigate around OK, haven't tried Wallet or feedback or bidding or "real" stuff like that, tho.

The counters will Never reset back to the corect count I have had counters go suddenly return to 0 mid auction and in and a day or two latter the counters will show views in the thousands in fact I had two counter last month that rest set to over 50 thousand views.

These glitches and down times are not new for yahoo at all they are trying to charge fees and were getting S.S.D.D.
