Just received an e-mail (in my Yahoo mail) from a bidder on an auction that closed in August. The e-mail contains a payment question on the auction. The e-mail is dated September 9! I went back and checked my records and the transaction was paid for and item shipped on September 18! Just wondering if this is a sign that Yahoo is improving their customer service...but starting by delivering the mail they have been holding on to for over 4 months!

Or could it be that they are delivering the undelivered mail they have found while cleaning out their desks?
