Well, I had narrowed down my alternatives for Yahoo to 3 sites. One of them being Epier which is my favorite so far but it looks like it is down. I keep getting a message that the server is busy."HTTP/1.1 Server Too Busy" could it be that it has so much traffic now that their servers cant handle it? I listed on 5 sites and got my got my first sale on epier! WOW! anyone have the same problem?

You are mistaken. AuXpal/Bidville does not even ask you to use Paypal. They did at one time, not any more.

I received an email from epier later on last night and got a reply that it was fixed. I havent tried it yet. The only drawback to using epier is that you cannot upload fotos to their site! You have to use some other method and paste the URL to theirs. HUMMMM I REALLY like epier except for that feature. too cumbersome for me. any thoughts?

Epier hasn't been bad for me, sold 4 items just last week with bids on 2 other items now.

I first started listing on epier way back in July. Until a few weeks ago, I averaged 1 sale a week there. Seems to be picking up now...

The site has come a long way since those early days - most catagories are filling up nicely, and the many usability issues have been addressed and improved.

Come to think of it, I doubt if I sold more than 2 items a week on Yahoo, keeping that in mind, and factoring in Yahoos (formaly) established lead, epier isn't looking bad at all these days...

I am going to start a post on "other auctions sites" on AW for the discussion of Epier. I have some questions and desperately need some help.

"aupux or whatever its called only lets you sell if you only except paypal we dont use paypal no list there."

It's bidville now, and you do not need to have a paypal account (although when they first went live, that was the plan)
