Sellers e-mailed us and stated most of them
feel uncomfortable placing auctions again in one main auction house.
they feel safer placing auctions on several sites, the main reason for this was, even tho most of the free sites state they will be free for now, or forever, they have their auction set up for a quick turn over to charging fee's, if you look at their fee area's, that say 0 fee's, their pages are set up as to charge fee;s in the future. this is set up for a reason, to really charge fee;s in the future just as it appears. even tho they do fast talking of the sellers friend, they are mis leading sellers in the future, a word to the wise, place your listings on several sites, this way you don't have to go again what many and i did when one site has all your listings or most of them, and pulls the plug on free listings. and leaves you only days to remove the listings, and trasfer to another site.
don't want to sound negative, but we must be careful in the future to save ourselves time, and heartache. i feel strongly this is just the start of it. and to clear things up about yahoo, my feelings on the line is this.
1. they should have given alittle more warning to prepare sellers for this charge.
2. the sellers who have been loyal for years, and a strong feedback rating, should have at least been given some consideration, like points for their feedback as free listings, then anything over that feedback would be charged a placement fee. this would have helped many sellers, and still stopped the spamming as they stated !!!

I have a love hate relationship w/both yahoo
and paypal.
BUT if you perform a service you are due a
fee.
Yes, the free sites will charge fees as soon
as they attract enough clients, as will paydirect.
So shake your head spit downwind and make
the best deal you can.

still going down, and notice yahoo is slowing down. some areas you can't get to.
yahoo, reminds me of a scifi show, that went like this, an alien came to earth to announce that he was here to help us.
many of the people where afraid, and the alien assured the people he was only here to help, so they made him take a lie detector test, of which the alien passed. then the leaders wanted to personally meet with the alien, and ask deep questions of why, who and what he was. the alien met with the leaders from all over the world, at the u.n. building in new york city. the leaders asked the alien many deep questions, each time the alien stated he was here to help mankind. after the meeting, the alien left a book behind, but the leaders couldn't read the writing on it, or in it. so they gave the book to the leading decoders, to find out what the book was about. after days of hard work, they found out what the title said, "to serve man". that is all they could find out. at this time the alien stopped the wars, gave plenty of food from the good land they enriched even in the dessert area's of the world. then it was time for space travel, many wanted to see the alien's home world, whom they grown to love. they sent space ships each week to transport one hundred earthlings to their planet. after awhile no one came back home, the people of earth thought they where in paradise, and wanted to stay. but, as the week went by, it was time for one of the leaders of the u.n. to go, this leader had an assistant who decoded the front of the book, but until now, didn't decode the inside of the book. but it was too late, the leader of the u.n. was boarding the space ship, when his assistant yelled out as loud as she could, "don't go on that ship, the book, it's a cook book, to serve man".

I think that alien said all along that he was here "to serve mankind", everyone just assumed that he meant "to help".
