Hi All-

I am have major problems with several of my auctions... are there any contact Emails or Numbers for Yahoo auctions?

The biggest problem is a glitch in the add to description option. I did this and it copied my current description and pasted it where the new info should be have been added.......and it did this 5 times!

I contacted support under the technical heading and they NEVER even looked at my auction... they sent me a meesage telling me how to add information to the description. Jeeze so this is what my .20 gets me!

I would expect this from a free site, not one that charges to run listings! This is costing me money to run these auctions and I am losing on this one BIGTIME!

HELLLP with any contact numbers or Emails that you may have for Yahoo Auctions.

I lost my address but when this happens to one of my auctions I go to the open auction click on "neighborhood watch" in the upper right, then in the message box I Note, This is not a complaint, this is MY auction please help. Then explain the situation. also explain diplomatically(works better then being nasty) that you dont mind the fee's as long as you are getting what you expect from them. This is the main reason I am waiting until all the free listings end, from past experiences when any site makes major changes you are going to have some difficulty. I had a few dupes the other day with different prices on them, how this happened I dont know, so I will wait another week.

This is pathetic! Nothing has changed at Yahoo even though they are charging now. This is why they will never be a great site! They have never had customer service. Good Luck! Whenever I sent an email to them reporting a bug in their system they would send a standard letter that they send to everyone no matter what the problem is! They DO NOT READ YOUR EMAILS! I suggest going to Bidville, where not only will they answer your question but they will do it within a very reasonable amount of time. I have always had a response within a couple of hours.

P.S. Why should Yahoo be having so many technical problems, They lost 2/3 of their auctions, you would think they could get it right!

They need to defrag all that empty server space. Maybe those servers are having a difficult time with so little data stored on them. LOL.

Perhaps this is the cyber-equivalent of the old college dorm trick of flushing every toilet at once?
